Is Ace Lucky Casino Safe?
ProgressPlay Limited runs Ace Lucky Casino. The Malta-based company operates dozens of online casinos on the same platform, so the site shares its layout and systems with other ProgressPlay brands.
The casino holds licences from the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission. You should know these licences come from Malta and the UK, not from a South African provincial gambling board.
Your account goes through standard KYC checks before withdrawals. Expect to upload proof of identity and address, so keep those documents ready to avoid payout delays.
Welcome Bonus and Promotions
New players get a 100% match on the first deposit, up to R6,000, plus free spins. The offer works on desktop and mobile, and you have 30 days to use it.
The wagering requirement is 50x the bonus amount. On a R1,000 bonus, you need to place R50,000 in bets before you withdraw bonus winnings. The figure sits above what many rival casinos ask.
Existing players get reload deals, free spin offers and slot tournaments with leaderboards. The Midweek Wheel of Spins gives you a chance at up to 500 free spins. Promotions change often, so check the Promotions tab before you deposit.
The VIP programme runs by invitation only. Members get perks such as higher cashback and access to a personal account manager.
Games and Software Providers
Ace Lucky Casino focuses on casino games only. You'll find slots, Megaways titles, Slingo, progressive jackpots, table games and instant win games such as scratch cards, crash games and keno.
Slots come from NetEnt, Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming and Red Tiger. Familiar titles include Starburst, Book of Dead, Sweet Bonanza and Wolf Gold. Jackpot players can try Mega Moolah and Divine Fortune.
The live casino uses Evolution, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live. You get blackjack, roulette, baccarat and Andar Bahar tables, plus live Casino Hold'em. Poker fans get video poker, but no poker tournaments.
Stakes start at R1 on slots and R5 on live tables. High-stakes VIP tables accept bets up to R50,000 per round.
Mobile Play
You can play through your phone's browser on iOS and Android. The mobile site uses a collapsible menu and a vertical game list, while games run at the same speed as on desktop.
Reviews disagree on whether a downloadable app exists. ProgressPlay casinos generally run through the browser, so check the site before you look for an app store download.
Payments and Withdrawals
Ace Lucky Casino accepts bank transfers, debit and credit cards and e-wallets. You can deposit in rand, and the minimum deposit for most methods is R100.
Most withdrawals clear within 24 to 48 hours after approval. Some methods take up to three days. The casino charges no fees on listed deposit methods, but your bank or e-wallet provider may.
Customer Support
Support runs 24/7 through live chat and email. Live chat suits quick questions about bonuses or verification, while email works better for document issues.
The support email address is customersupport@instantgamesupport.com. Email replies take a few hours, so use live chat for anything urgent.

Responsible Gambling
Ace Lucky Casino offers deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion in your account settings. Set a deposit limit before you claim any bonus, because 50x wagering encourages long sessions.
Gambling should stay within money you can afford to lose. If betting stops feeling like entertainment, take a break and use the self-exclusion tool.
Final Verdict
Ace Lucky Casino gives you a solid casino game library, rand payments and round-the-clock support. The 50x bonus wagering and the lack of a sportsbook are the main drawbacks, so the site suits casino players more than sports bettors.
